AI Agent for Venue Automation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a busy events venue and want to give our guests the same warm welcome online that they receive on-site. To do that, I need a programmer who can build a machine-learning-driven agent capable of three core jobs: answering customer questions in real time, guiding them through bookings, and offering on-the-spot help with event planning details such as floor-plan tweaks or equipment add-ons.
The agent will live everywhere my customers interact with us—our website, the iOS/Android app, and the internal CRM my staff uses daily—so seamless integration with each of those systems is essential. I’m happy for you to choose the language, framework, and cloud stack you’re most productive with (Python, Node, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) as long as the final solution is reliable and maintainable.
To keep things clear, here’s what I need from you:
• A conversational AI model trained or fine-tuned on our existing FAQs, booking rules, and event packages
• API or webhook connections that let the agent push and pull data from the website, mobile app, and CRM without latency
• A lightweight admin dashboard where my team can update responses, see conversation logs, and override bookings if necessary
• Deployment instructions and brief hand-over documentation so we can extend or retrain the model later
When the job is done I’ll test the agent by running a set of scripted booking scenarios, checking that it produces the same results our staff would. If it passes those cases and handles at least 95 % of random live chats without escalation, we’re good to go.
