AI Agent for Condominium Management Office in Italy (Veneto region)
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need an experienced, reliable developer to build and deploy an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls for our condominium-management office in the Veneto region.
Core capabilities
• Understand and respond to both informational and ticketing inquiries.
• Provide callers with basic FAQs as well as detailed explanations of our services, bylaws, fees, and maintenance processes.
• Open, update, or close building-related tickets. If the agent cannot resolve a ticketing issue, it must log the problem for later review—capturing caller ID, building, brief description, and time stamp.
• Offer to schedule an in-office appointment directly in our shared cloud calendar (Google Workspace) whenever answers are insufficient or when a caller explicitly requests a meeting.
• Recognise whether the caller is an individual resident, a contractor, or a prospective client and tailor tone accordingly.
Technical expectations
• Natural, human-sounding Italian (Veneto dialect awareness is a plus) with graceful fallback to English if needed.
• Integration with our existing SIP/VoIP phone system, condo CRM, and Google Calendar via APIs or webhooks.
• Intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management using a modern conversational AI stack such as Dialogflow CX, Microsoft Bot Framework, or an equivalent you propose.
• GDPR-compliant data handling and encrypted ticket logs.
Deliverables
1. Functional AI agent deployed to our staging environment.
2. Connection scripts or middleware for telephony, CRM, and calendar.
3. Clear setup documentation and a short video walkthrough.
4. Two weeks of post-launch support to fix critical bugs.
If you have prior work on voice bots, calendar scheduling, or property-management workflows, please highlight it. I’m ready to start as soon as we confirm feasibility and timeline.
It's important that the person collaborating on the project has good Italian language skills, as video calls with the end client will be possible. Collaboration will naturally be periodic (time will be assessed) to potentially refine the AI agent and conduct tests to assess its reliability, as well as respond quickly if the client reports any issues.
