AI Agent Outbound Calling Setup Project Requirement - Financial Lead Gen (Australia, Canada, UK, NZ)

I am rolling out an AI-driven cold-calling program for a financial-services client that targets prospects in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. The heart of the project is a set of human-sounding voice agents that can dial local numbers, navigate compliance, and flow every touchpoint straight into Zoho CRM.
Scope of work
• Deploy AI voice agents that speak natural Australian, Canadian and British English, switching accents automatically by market.
• Provision local DIDs in AU, CA, UK and NZ, honouring TCPA and all Do-Not-Call rules.
• Integrate deeply with Zoho CRM so each call is auto-logged, lead or deal stages update in real time, and disposition codes post back without manual input.
• Enable live coaching, dynamic objection handling and instant calendar booking while the call is in session.
• Surface analytics dashboards that highlight the three metrics I care about most—connect rates, conversion metrics and average handle time.
Acceptance criteria
1. Calls sound indistinguishable from a trained human agent in tone, pacing and accent.
2. Zoho records show call log, outcome and updated lead status within seconds of hang-up.
3. Dashboards refresh daily and clearly display connect rate, conversions and AHT by country.
4. Compliance audit passes for TCPA/DNC and relevant financial-services regulations.
Deliverables
– Configured AI dialer with regional numbers active.
– Zoho extension or webhook package, fully documented.
– One live demo session per region proving end-to-end flow.
– A brief runbook so my operations team can scale campaigns or tweak scripts without developer help.
