Aesthetic Clinic AI Voice Receptionist Development

I am hiring for a complete AI voice receptionist system for a medical aesthetics business, built using Retell AI for inbound calls, Make.com for automations, and Twilio for SMS confirmations and reminders. The system must answer inbound calls 24/7, handle appointment bookings and rescheduling through a calendar system (you can choose either Cal.com or Google Calendar depending on what you prefer), answer basic treatment FAQs using a knowledge base, collect lead details when callers do not book, log all caller information and bookings into Google Sheets, send automatic pre-treatment instructions via SMS after booking, and monitor for last-minute cancellations to send SMS notifications to recent leads or waitlist contacts to refill cancelled appointment slots. After each booking, AI should also suggest relevant treatment add-ons to increase booking value. This project is to be delivered as a fully functional, modular, and reusable template that can be easily duplicated for other clinics. Dummy contact details should be used for testing purposes, as the first version will be a working demo for presentations to companies.
