Title: AI Agent & Web Data Automation Specialist (Vapi, GHL, Firecrawl)
Description:
We're an ambitious marketing company on a mission to drive sales growth for our clients through smart automation and cutting-edge AI. We're looking for a tech-savvy freelancer to become part of our expanding team — someone who not only understands AI agents but knows how to connect the dots between platforms like GHL (Go High Level), Firecrawl, and communication tools such as WhatsApp, voice, and email (inbound & outbound).
The successful applicant will work alongside our current Ai Specialist - who we are VERY happy with.
This is more than a one-off gig — it's the potential start of an ongoing collaboration. For your initial proposal, please quote for delivering the requirements below for a single client setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure AI voice agents (using tools like Vapi, Twilio, or similar)
Set up smart email, SMS, and WhatsApp workflows that integrate seamlessly with Go High Level (GHL)
Leverage Firecrawl to automate data scraping and generate personalised outreach
Build custom AI funnels with dynamic content tailored to prospects
Collaborate with our in-house AI Specialist to ensure alignment with campaign strategy
Use Supabase, n8n, or similar platforms for backend automation and data handling
Ideal Skills & Experience:
Solid experience with AI tools, especially in customer communication workflows
Proven ability to link GHL with multiple external systems and communication channels
Strong understanding of Firecrawl or similar scraping/AI crawling tech
Workflow automation using n8n, Zapier, or custom scripts
A proactive, self-managing approach to problem-solving and innovation
Bonus if you:
Have worked on sales automation in marketing environments
Understand how to design and optimise lead funnels
Can offer suggestions for scaling this setup across multiple clients
Budget & Scope:
This job is priced per client build — with the opportunity to expand into an ongoing retainer role as our automation partner.
