AWS AI Chatbot Engineer
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I run all of my services on AWS and now want to introduce an AI-powered chatbot across the stack. The conversational engine must be built with Amazon Lex and deployed within the existing infrastructure using best-practice DevOps / AIOps principles.
Here is what I need from you:
• Design and build a Lex bot from the ground up, including intents, slots and Lambda fulfillments that hook into our current backend APIs.
• Provision and automate the supporting AWS resources—IAM roles, Lambda functions, DynamoDB (or other datastore you recommend), CloudWatch dashboards and alarms—through infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation or Terraform).
• Set up a CI/CD pipeline so new bot versions, language models and Lambda code reach production with zero downtime.
• Create monitoring and logging that surface real-time metrics for conversation success, latency and error rates.
• Make the architecture language-agnostic so we can toggle between single-language and multilingual support later without major refactoring.
• Provide concise deployment documentation and a short hand-over session so my in-house team can extend the solution.
Successful delivery means I can add the Lex bot to my application, watch traffic flow through CloudWatch, and roll out updates via the pipeline in one click, with everything fully reproducible from code.
