AI Sales Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced freelance AI Automation Engineer to design, build, test and document an AI-enabled hospitality prospecting system.

The system should automatically:

Identify relevant hotels, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, resorts and hospitality venues across the UAE.
Collect and organise venue information from legitimate data sources.
Identify relevant decision-makers, Enrich records with available professional contact information.
Research and qualify each venue using defined Rockland criteria.
Score each venue according to its likely suitability for Rockland’s zero-alcohol portfolio.
Recommend the most relevant Rockland product categories for each prospect.
Draft personalised introductory emails and WhatsApp messages.
Place all drafted communications into a human approval queue.
Record approved prospects, outreach activity and follow-up dates.
Integrate the completed workflow with HubSpot CRM.
Produce a simple dashboard showing prospecting and sales-conversion performance.

The initial system must not send outbound messages without human approval.The preferred stack is:

n8n Cloud or self-hosted n8n
OpenAI API or another appropriate large language model
Google Places API or an equivalent approved venue-discovery source
Apollo, Prospeo or an equivalent business-contact enrichment platform
Google Sheets, Airtable, Supabase or PostgreSQL
HubSpot CRM
Email integration
WhatsApp Business Platform, where appropriate and compliant
REST APIs and webhooks
