Outbound B2B Sales Rep Needed

Looking for an Outbound B2B Sales Rep / SDR to close deals for our AI Automation & Web Development packages ($2,000 offer).
First 2 sales: Pure commission at $400 flat per closed deal (20% commission).
After 2 sales: Transition to a fixed $800/month base salary + commissions.
We provide cold outreach scripts, marketing materials, and live interactive AI demo links.
Requirements: Lead research, cold outreach (Email/LinkedIn/Calling), and running demos.
Strict performance-based model for the trial phase (no upfront retainers or setup fees).
