Multi-Agent AI Scheduling Automation

I want to build a multi-agent AI workflow that streamlines scheduling for roofing, plumbing, and other specialty-trade businesses. The objective is simple: let the system handle the back-and-forth of booking, rescheduling, and dispatching so that crews stay busy without someone in the office glued to a calendar.

CRM Integration included!

Here is the vision I need executed:

• Incoming requests—whether they arrive by phone, web form, or text—are captured, parsed, and routed to the right agent.
• Agents collaborate to check crew availability, travel time, and job duration, then present the customer with the earliest realistic slot.
• Confirmations, reminders, and any last-minute changes are sent automatically in plain language.
• A central dashboard shows the current schedule, flagged conflicts, and suggested optimizations.

The stack is flexible, but I expect you’ll lean on familiar orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI, tie in a large-language model (OpenAI, Claude, or similar), and connect to Google Calendar or comparable scheduling APIs. If you have a preferred routing or dispatch tool already in mind, I’m happy to evaluate it.

There’s no hard deadline; quality and reliability outweigh pure speed. I’m looking for a working proof of concept first, then an iterative path to production. Deliverables are the runnable code, setup documentation, and a short Loom or similar walk-through that shows the flow from customer request to confirmed appointment.

If you’ve built agent-based automations before—especially anything appointment-driven—this should feel right up your alley. I’m ready to answer technical questions and provide sample data the moment we agree on the approach.
