We’re looking for a skilled AI video creator or voice-over editor to produce four short mock-up phone call videos (1–2 minutes each) for training front-desk and host staff in the hospitality industry.
Two scenarios will take place in a restaurant, and two in a hotel — all focused on warm, natural conversation and professional service tone.
Scenarios to Cover
Restaurant table booking mentioning both window seat and outdoor seating preferences.
Hotel room booking for an anniversary, including a complimentary champagne request.
A guest rescheduling an existing reservation.
A guest inquiring about availability and pricing before committing.
Production Requirements
Two distinct, natural-sounding voices (one male, one female) per video.
Tone should be warm, professional, and clearly “hospitality.”
Final output: 4 cleanly edited MP4 videos (1–2 mins each) + MP3/WAV audio files.
Normalize volume levels and trim any dead air.
Light background ambience (restaurant or hotel lobby) is welcome — but must never overpower dialogue.
Preferred Tools / Style
Open to any software, but AI-generated voices or avatar videos are preferred (e.g. ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Colossyan, or similar).
