AI Audiobook Creator (Multi-Voice, Cinematic, Long-Term Dark Romance Series)

Job Description:
We’re producing a dark romance audiobook series and are looking for skilled AI audiobook creators or teams who can deliver realistic multi-voice performances with immersive ambience and cinematic sound design.
You’ll receive formatted scripts with speaker names and emotional directions, so you’ll always know who’s speaking and what tone to deliver.
This is a long-term collaboration — we have a large volume of books ready and are building a consistent partnership with a team that can handle steady, high-quality output.
Project Scope:
Each audiobook runs between 6 and 12 hours total.
Most books include 60–100 chapters, each around 5–12 minutes long.
We currently have 16 audiobooks ready for production.
Our goal is to release 4 audiobooks per month, ideally with a team capable of producing 2–4 audiobooks simultaneously to maintain fast, consistent output.
Audio Requirements:
Multi-voice AI narration (male + female, emotionally expressive).
Ambient SFX (doors, footsteps, background movement, etc.) for realism.
Cinematic background music that enhances mood and emotional depth.
Clean, mixed, and mastered audio ready for publication.
You’ll receive sample references demonstrating the desired tone, ambience, pacing, and emotional style.
Collaboration, Deadlines & Payment:
Payments are milestone-based, and each milestone corresponds to a batch of completed and approved chapters.
The number of chapters per milestone depends on the total length of the audiobook:
For a 70-chapter audiobook, each milestone will cover 14 approved chapters.
For a 100-chapter audiobook, each milestone will cover 20 approved chapters.
For shorter books, milestones will be adjusted proportionally.
Deadlines:
The first audiobook has a 5-day deadline (time-sensitive and previously delayed).
Example: If work begins on Monday at 12:00, the first 14 chapters should be completed and delivered by Tuesday at 12:00.
Future audiobooks have a standard 7-day delivery window per book.
Work is expected to progress continuously, with regular chapter submissions for review and approval.
We strongly prefer a team setup to ensure smooth, parallel production and avoid delays.

$200 per completed audiobook
4 audiobooks /per month = $800/month
With ongoing production and scale-up, the potential reaches $9,600+ across multiple series and months of collaboration.
All payments are processed through milestones after each approved batch of chapters.
