Populate Leasecake From 125 Leases
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have 125 commercial lease files that now need to live inside Leasecake. We are the Tenant on almost all of the Leases and are the Landlord on only about 5. Each document holds roughly thirty critical data points and I want every one of them captured accurately so the software can drive reminders and reporting without fail.
Here is the information that must be keyed in for each lease:
• Complete tenant profile and all listed contacts
• Core lease terms (start, end, options, square footage, etc.)
• Payment details with scheduled rent and CAM figures
• All renewal dates and programmed rent / CAM increases
• Special clauses such as any exclusivity granted to the tenant and the landlord’s maintenance responsibilities
I will supply the leases in PDF form primarily, but some are older scans so that AI software may have a difficult time reading them, and can clarify any ambiguous wording as you work through them. When you finish an entry, Leasecake should flag the correct renewal and increase dates automatically—that will be my first check that the numbers are clean. A quick second-pass review or screenshot summary per lease will serve as final acceptance.
If you already know your way around Leasecake or similar platforms, this will move quickly. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed, but I would like the full portfolio completed within four weeks once you have access.
