Operational Risk Prescriptive Analysis - 16/12/2025 06:58 EST
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a sizeable set of operational data and I need it turned into clear-cut, actionable guidance for risk management. The job goes beyond describing what has happened; I’m looking for true prescriptive analysis that tells us exactly what we should do next to mitigate future risks.
I will supply the raw operational datasets (SQL exports and a few CSV files). You will clean and structure the data as needed, build a prescriptive model—optimisation, simulation, machine-learning, or any hybrid that best fits—and translate the findings into concrete risk-reduction steps I can implement in operations.
To make acceptance straightforward, here’s what I expect:
• A well-documented code base or notebook (Python, R, or similar) showing data prep, modelling, and optimisation logic
• A concise report summarising model performance, key drivers of risk, and the recommended actions ranked by impact and feasibility
• Any dashboards or visual aids that help non-technical stakeholders grasp the recommendations
• A brief hand-off session to walk me through the solution and answer questions
If your approach can later be adapted for cost reduction or efficiency objectives, that flexibility is a plus, but my immediate priority is robust risk-management guidance.
