High-Res Anime Wallpaper Edit

I already have a wide panoramic crossover scene featuring Dragon Ball Z and One Piece, but because it was generated with AI the faces, hands, shading and some background objects look off. The artwork will be printed as a 390 cm × 244 cm wall covering, so every line must hold up at close inspection. What I need is a meticulous digital retouch that keeps the exact style and composition of my reference while making the characters look as though they came straight from the original studios—no obvious AI artifacts, no mismatched proportions, no blurred edges.

The priorities are:
• Re-draw or paint over the character faces, hands and any deformed anatomy so they appear authentic and on-model.
• Sharpen and clean background elements without altering the original layout or color palette.
• Upgrade overall resolution and clarity so the final file prints crisply at full size (minimum 300 dpi at final dimensions, or a scalable vector/large-format PSD).

Deliverable: a single, print-ready high-resolution file (PSD or TIFF with layers preserved, or vector if you prefer) along with a flattened PNG/JPEG preview.
