Here’s what I need from you:
• A polished edit (around 45–60 seconds) that seamlessly intercuts drone or ground-level shots of the existing terrain with animated 3D renderings of our planned structures.
• Subtle motion-graphics or animation that guide the eye without overwhelming the natural scenery.
• Colour-grading, sound design and a light, inspirational music bed so the piece feels cinematic rather than corporate.
• Final delivery in 16:9 Full HD (plus a square cut-down for social if time permits).

Sweeping rooflines: High-pitched roofs covered in dark slate tiles echo the mountain’s pyramid-like silhouette, shedding snow easily while adding dramatic character.
