Custom Gladiator Logo Design

I have an AI-generated concept of a forward-facing gladiator that I like, but I need an original, hand-drawn version for my brand—no automation, stock, or traces from the original file. The aesthetic is early Imperial Rome: strong, stoic, with that unmistakable “Old Roman” atmosphere.

Here’s what I want kept and what must change:

• Helmet: Re-imagine it in a Hercules style while still allowing both eyes to show clearly from the front view.
• Background: Swap the current weapons for a fresh design that reads Roman inventory at a glance—feel free to suggest which arms look best behind or beside the figure.
• Lettering: Replace the existing block font with authentic Roman lettering so the typography complements the era. Keep the text layout similar to the reference, just in the new style.

Deliverables
1. Rough pencil/ink sketch for approval of pose, helmet, and composition.
2. Final full-colour (and single-colour) vector logo in SVG, AI, PDF, PNG (transparent) formats.
3. Outlined Roman type treatment supplied as a separate file for any future uses.
