AI Architectural Visualization – Luxury Resort Concept (Test Project)

We are looking for a freelancer experienced in AI-generated architectural visualization to create concept renders for a high-end resort development.
This is an initial study focused on fast, high-impact visuals (not final architectural renders).

Scope
You will create 3 scenes, each with 3 variations (minimum 9 renders total):
• Aerial overview – full bay, golden hour (hero image)
• Superyacht marina – Monaco-style waterfront
• Floating villa village – Maldives-style overwater concept
Style: luxury, Mediterranean, white stone, turquoise water, warm light

Requirements
• Photorealistic renders (min. 4K)
• Experience with Midjourney / similar tools
• Ability to refine prompts based on results
• Provide prompt strings with final delivery
• Share work-in-progress before finalizing

Workflow
• We provide concept direction + satellite reference
• You create first concepts within 3 days
• Final delivery within 7 days

Budget
Please quote for:
• Full project (9 renders minimum)
• Hourly rate for revisions
(2 revision rounds included)
