Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced technology leader with **10+ years of experience** in building and scaling technology products.

You should be someone who can think beyond code and contribute to business strategy, product vision, and long-term company growth.

Your Role as Founding CTO

As our technology leader, you will:

* Own the complete technology vision and roadmap.
* Design scalable, secure, cloud-native architecture.
* Lead all technology decisions.
* Improve and optimise the current product.
* Build engineering standards and best practices.
* Create a scalable backend capable of serving millions of users.
* Guide product architecture and future AI integration.
* Build and mentor the engineering team.
* Establish DevOps, CI/CD, security, and infrastructure processes.
* Evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
* Partner closely with the founders on business and product strategy.
* Represent the technology vision to investors and strategic partners.

This is a leadership role where you will shape the company's future—not just write code.
