AI Tree-Monitoring Demo Video

I need a crisp 10-second, 4K demonstration video that feels technological and modern, with ultra-smooth transitions from start to finish. The sequence is already storyboarded:

• A slow-moving street sweeper rolls toward four large trees.
• An on-screen AI overlay pinpoints each tree with subtle tracking dots.
• For every tree a floating tag appears – “Tree X[random] identified – owned by Merri-Bek Council, last checked [random months] ago, current value [random amount] between $150 and $2023.”
• A brief “Checking for changes…” pause, then three trees gain a green tick while one displays a red cross.
• The camera immediately pushes in on the flagged tree, locking on to a damaged branch.
• Text reads “Possible tree damage – automatically referred to arborist for review,” and the clip ends.

Please incorporate simple UI-style motion graphics rather than busy overlays, keep colours clean and futuristic, and ensure the whole piece flows as one continuous shot. The finished asset must be delivered as a 4K MP4 file. If you rely on AI video generators (Runway, Pika, Gen-2, Stable Diffusion, etc.) or a 3-D suite like Blender for the sweeper and environment, that’s fine so long as the result looks believable; no uncanny artefacts.

Acceptance criteria
– 3840 × 2160 resolution, 25 or 30 fps
– Runtime 10 ± 0.5 seconds
– Smooth, seamless camera movement and graphic transitions (my top priority)
– Correctly timed on-screen text and icons exactly as described
– One revision round included for timing or wording tweaks

Deliver the final MP4 plus the project source (if applicable) so I can re-edit labels later.

I am looking for quotes between $50 and $100 AUD - I did the attached videos in about 5 mins, so if this is going to take you more than an hour - don't quote on it please.
