Transform Sports Training Videos into 3D Cartoons

I am looking for a professional who can use artificial intelligence to convert real-life exercise videos into cartoon-style animations (either 2D or 3D, depending on your proposal).

Requirements:

Video-to-animation conversion with a clean and professional style.

Custom sportswear design for the athletes based on my specifications (colors, logos, specific designs).

Image captures of the exercise before and after (key frames).

Final output in high resolution (minimum Full HD).

Delivery in video format + image captures (JPG or PNG).

Additional Details:
