I have one high-resolution portrait photo that I’d like to see come to life. Using your preferred AI tools—whether that’s Stable Diffusion, D-ID, Reface, or any other neural animation workflow—please create a short, realistic video clip from the still image.
Core requirements
• Animate natural facial expressions (blinks, subtle mouth movement, slight head turns).
• Swap in at least one alternative background so the scene doesn’t feel static.
• If technically feasible from a single portrait source, add gentle full-body motion such as a shoulder shift or tilt to give the impression of depth.
Use case
This is purely a personal project, so the clip can stay modest in length—around 10–15 seconds—and standard HD resolution is fine.
Deliverables
1. Final video in MP4 or MOV.
2. Any intermediate files or settings that let me reproduce or tweak the result later.
