Moving-Painting Style AI Animation

I’m producing a short, immersive story that will be projected on room walls. I’m looking for an AI animation specialist to turn my script into a moving-painting style film—artistic, painterly, and cinematic.

What I’m aiming for
• Visual style: looks like a beautiful oil painting come to life (soft, hand-painted feel; subtle, realistic motion).
• Framing rule: no front-facing character faces—use side profiles, backs of heads, top-down angles, silhouettes.
• Tone: warm, reverent, story-driven; gentle camera moves and tasteful transitions.

Scope
• Length: ~10–15 minutes (about 13 scenes).
• Deliverables:
• 1x master video (4K preferred; 24 fps), plus scene-by-scene renders.
• Clean stereo audio track space for narration/music (you can use my temp VO for timing).
• Optional: layered/source project or export settings so we can make minor text/timing tweaks later.
• Use of AI tools is welcome (your choice); quality and style consistency are most important.

What I’ll provide
• Final script + timing notes and beats.
• Mood board/references for palette, lighting, motion pace.
• Temp narration or guide track for syncing.

Projection details (FYI)
• I’ll handle projection mapping in the venue; I just need a standard master video (no pre-split warps required).
