Create a Realistic AI Human Avatar for Video Content

I’m looking to hire an experienced AI developer / creative technologist to help me build a hyper-realistic AI-generated human that I can use to create consistent video content.

This is not a one-off image project. I am looking to build a scalable digital human that can:

• Maintain a consistent identity (face, body, voice, personality)
• Be used in short-form and long-form videos
• Be animated speaking naturally
• Have customizable outfits, settings, and scenes
• Be reusable across multiple videos
• Look realistic (not obviously AI)

Scope of Work:

Character creation (face + body consistency)

Training or configuring model for repeatability

Lip-sync and natural voice integration

Video generation pipeline (tools + workflow)

Instructions for scaling and duplicating content

Optional: Ability to generate multiple variations of the same character

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora-style tools, etc.)

Experience creating consistent AI characters

Strong understanding of prompt engineering

Experience with voice cloning or AI voice tools

Portfolio required

End Goal:

Build a long-term digital human brand that can produce ongoing video content efficiently and consistently.

This will likely turn into an ongoing working relationship if the first phase is successful.
