Comedic TV Pilot Video Editor
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have just wrapped shooting on an AI-driven comedy pilot and now need a sharp-eyed video editor to shape the footage into a lively, broadcast-ready episode. All raw material is organised, labelled and synced; what I’m looking for is someone who can pace jokes perfectly, weave in the VFX plates our AI department generated, and keep the energy upbeat from cold open to closing tag.
The job covers the full video edit: assembling the rough cut, tightening performances, incorporating AI overlays, adding lower-thirds and end credits, then delivering a polished master plus a 60-second teaser. I work in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, so project files will be passed along in those formats; if you prefer another NLE, let me know and I’ll make sure you have compatible media.
When you reply, please include links to past work that shows your comedic timing—sitcoms, sketches, web series, anything that proves you can land a punchline in the cut. If your reel demonstrates proficiency blending live-action with graphics or AI-generated elements, even better.
Once we agree on the schedule, I’ll share the script, continuity notes and a shot log. Looking forward to seeing how you can elevate this pilot from good material to must-watch television.
