AI Cinematic Wedding Video Creation

I would like to have a wedding video generated using AI. We have a lot of photos from the couple getting married as a reference. The video should be about 10 to12 minutes long. Our focus is on high quality. The video should include age morphing and should have funny and Romantic scenes, also we would like to have references of movies such as Harry Potter or Pirates of the Caribbean. We don't have a proper script, but we can either work one out together or find a third party to do it. We are not under too much time pressure for this project because we have 6 months.
