I’m expanding our six-person production crew by three specialists to bring a 90-minute, fully AI-generated film to life. The project leans heavily on realism and emotion, so every scene has to feel cinematic yet completely believable.

Your strongest suit should be lip-syncing—tight, frame-accurate alignment between dialogue and mouth movement is the cornerstone of our style. Each day you’ll be responsible for roughly five minutes of finished footage featuring realistic talking characters who maintain visual and emotional consistency from scene to scene.

We run a coordinated workflow from 2 AM to 12 PM ET, sharing assets and story beats in real time. Expect a highly collaborative environment: prompts, reference audio, and storyboards pass quickly through the pipeline, and we’ll count on you to iterate and push quality without hand-holding. Reliability and quick communication are non-negotiable.
