Christmas Choir Lip-Sync AI Video

I already have everything the animation needs: the finished song, one clear photo of each of the four family members, and a separate photo of choir robes. What I want is a short, intentionally tongue-in-cheek music video where the four faces appear in choir outfits, lip-syncing to the track. The main vocalist should mime throughout, while the other three only “join in” during the chorus sections; if adding a virtual drum for one of them is quick, feel free, but it isn’t essential. When three of the singers are not singing, they should smile and move with the music.

The look should lean humorous rather than realistic so it’s obvious we let the AI run wild, and the backdrop should feel festive—think a cosy, Christmas-themed church or snowy stage set.

Because Hedra only handles one face at a time, each person will need to be processed separately and then composited into a single split-screen or shared-stage video synced perfectly to the music. I’d like this wrapped up as soon as possible, ideally within the next few days.

Deliverables
• Four individual lip-synced clips (one per family member) in 1080p
• A final composite video with all four performers together, fully audio-aligned
• Source project files so I can tweak placement or timing later if needed

Acceptance criteria
• Mouth movements match the lead and chorus parts accurately
• Robes and background remain consistent across all four clips
• Finished video runs the exact length of the song and exports cleanly without watermark
