AI Motion Designer & Video Editor (Zach D Films Style)
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are a fast-paced DTC brand in the personal care space looking for a specialized AI Motion Designer/Editor who can replicate the "Zach D Films" explainer style.
You will be using a bleeding-edge AI workflow to create 3D-style medical and anatomical explainers that visualize how our products work inside the human in a way that is visually addictive and scientifically clear.
The "Zach D Films" Workflow
You must be able to execute the Z.A.C.H. Method (or your own equivalent) using AI tools:
Z - Zone in on Frames: Storyboarding scripts and using AI Image models (Max Fusion, Seed Dream, Nano Banana) to create consistent characters and medical environments.
A - Animate Scenes: Using SeedDance, Kling, or Veo3 to create specific "In-and-Out" frame transitions and realistic physical motions.
C - Create Voiceover: Mastering ElevenLabs for high-retention, "explainer-style" narration.
H - Hook it Together: High-level editing in Premiere Pro/CapCut using speed ramping to sync AI generations perfectly with the VO.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Creating AI assets that show "under the skin" views (e.g., sweat glands, bacteria growth, hormonal spikes).
• Character Consistency: Maintaining the same "3D character" look across a 60-second ad.
• High-Retention Editing: Implementing "Show, Don't Tell"—every line of the script must have a corresponding visual action.
• Sound Design: Layering SFX that matches the AI animations.
• Direct Response Focus: Iterating on 5–10 different AI-generated hooks for every winning script.
This is NOT a position for:
Traditional editors who rely solely on stock footage or UGC.
Editors who cannot maintain visual consistency between AI shots.
The Ideal Candidate has:
• AI Mastery: Proficiency in Kling, SeedDance, Higgsfield, and ElevenLabs.
• Technical Taste: The ability to make AI look like high-end 3D animation (Blender style) rather than "shaky" AI video.
• DTC Intuition: You understand how to use these visuals to sell products, not just make cool art.
• Speed: Ability to turn a script into a fully animated 30–60 second explainer in a high-output environment.
• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
What we oofer
Location: 100% Remote (Preference for LATAM).
Payment: Monthly retainer $500-$800 USD depending on experience and skill
