Arabic Realistic AI Character Videos

I have an existing photo of a presenter who must become a life-like, talking AI avatar that speaks flawless Arabic. The end use is educational content, specifically short clips that explain the latest AI research to an Arabic-speaking audience. Because these videos will stand in for a real host, I need highly detailed lip-sync so every word lands naturally and believably.

Here is how I’d like to proceed:
1. You review the reference photo and create a brief sample video—just a few sentences in Arabic—to demonstrate your skill in matching facial expression, lip movement and overall realism.
2. Once the demo is approved, you will build the full character rig or workflow that lets us record many episodes quickly without sacrificing quality.

Tools or pipelines such as Synthesia, Unreal MetaHuman, Reallusion iClone/Character Creator, or any custom deep-learning solution are welcome as long as the final result looks human rather than “AI generated.” Audio can be supplied by me or generated by you, but please ensure the mouth tracks each phoneme accurately.

Deliverables (for this first milestone)
• 10–20 second Arabic demo video featuring my character photo
• Outline of the production workflow you will use for all future clips
