AI Anime Episode Creation

Hi,
I have AI-generated anime images and I’m looking to turn them into a 5-minute anime video episode.
Key requirements:
• Same character design and face structure in all clips
• Smooth cinematic anime motion (no random AI morphing)
• Consistent lighting and colors
• Landscape format (16:9)
The episode includes spoken dialogue (voice acting will be provided). Lip-sync can be simple anime style.
Story (brief):
The series follows a musician whose instrument becomes a weapon against vampires. It’s dark fantasy with action scenes and dialogue-driven moments, animated in an anime cinematic style.
I already have the images and story outline. AI tools + editing (Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, After Effects, etc.) are fine.
This is ongoing work if the first episode goes well.
