AI Animation for Theatrical Show

I’m working on the production of a theatrical show inspired by the fairy tale “Beauty and the Beast.”
I’m looking for someone available to create short looping animated videos using artificial intelligence, based on static images that I will provide, taken from the original animated movie.

There will be around 10 to 12 images in total (settings taken from the original cartoon), to be transformed into realistic animated backgrounds consistent with the theatrical scene, for example:
• subtle light and smoke movement,
• small environmental animations (leaves, curtains, reflections, etc.),
• no camera movement (perfect seamless loop).

Each clip should be:
Duration: about 10 seconds (continuous loop)
Format: Full HD horizontal
Style: faithful to the atmosphere of Beauty and the Beast (theatrical, magical, romantic)
Output: video files ready for stage projection

I need someone available immediately, with gradual delivery of the videos (1–2 per day).
