AI Animation & Photo Replicas

My project blends two goals: first, produce a short motion-graphics animation entirely with AI tools; second, build a workflow that lets me feed a reference photo and receive a faithfully replicated image at print quality.

For the animation side, I already have a script and storyboard. I need the sequence turned into a polished 20- to 30-second clip, favouring fluid motion-graphics aesthetics over traditional 2D or full 3D approaches. Tools such as Runway ML, Stable Diffusion with Deforum, or After Effects enhanced by generative plugins are fine so long as the final file arrives in 4K ProRes plus the layered project file.

On the image replication side, accuracy matters: colours, lighting, and texture should stay true to the original photograph while still being AI-generated. I will supply ten reference photos; each finished replica must be at least 6 000 px on the long edge and delivered as layered PSDs plus flattened PNGs.

Deliverables
• 20-30 s AI motion-graphics video (4K ProRes + project file)
• Ten high-resolution replicated photos (PSD & PNG)
• A concise walkthrough of the models, prompts, and settings used so I can repeat the process on future assets

Acceptance criteria: video runs without artefacts; replicas are visually indistinguishable from originals on side-by-side review; all source files open without missing dependencies.
