The vision is a series of short modules where realistic nurse-to-patient interactions are brought to life with tools like Vyond, Animaker, or similar—no stock slide decks, everything should feel like the ward floor.

Learning experience
I need a mix of animated explainer segments, on-screen callouts, and quick interactive checkpoints so learners stay active. Voice-over narration (clear, neutral accent) and on-screen captions are both required for accessibility. The finished package must load smoothly in a modern LMS (SCORM 1.2 or xAPI preferred) and track quiz scores.
Deliverables
1. Storyboard and script for sign-off before production.
2. 1–2animated video (short) with hospital backgrounds and diverse patient avatars.
3. Interactive quizzes following each lesson plus a final mastery test (minimum 80 % pass setting).
4. Exported SCORM package plus all editable source files (project files, audio, graphics).
5. A brief instructor guide outlining objectives, lesson flow, and answer keys.
Acceptance criteria
• Animation quality on par with leading AI-animation platforms: smooth lip-sync, natural movement.
