Project Description:
We are producing an animated cartoon-style music video for a hip-hop song. We have the song, cover artwork, and photos of the artists. We need someone who can turn the artists into consistent animated characters and create a full music video with a West Coast lowrider, palm tree, street-culture, comic-book/cartoon style.

Style Direction:
West Coast hip-hop, lowrider culture, palm trees, colorful cartoon/comic-book look, animated performance scenes, cruising scenes, city backgrounds, smooth transitions, and music-video energy.

Deliverables Needed:
Full animated music video, approximately 3–4 minutes
Horizontal YouTube version, 1920x1080 or 4K
Vertical promo clips for Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts
Character design based on artist photos
Storyboard or scene plan before full production
Final edited master synced to the song
2 rounds of revisions
