Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are looking for a technical freelancer who can set up, troubleshoot, and scale AI voice agents using VAPI, Twilio, and workflow automations.
The ideal person should be able to:
Configure outbound calling using VAPI + Twilio, including workflows, number setup, and voice routing.
Build scalable AI calling workflows (manual outbound, bulk outbound, inbound routing, fallback logic, etc.).
Diagnose and fix issues such as call errors, transport failures, and API integration problems.
Integrate Twilio numbers, webhook URLs, and assistant logic cleanly with VAPI.
Optionally set up automation platforms (Zapier / Make / n8n / Power Automate) for triggering AI calls from CRM, email leads, or meta ads.
Ensure the setup is scalable so new agents, new numbers, and new workflows can be added easily in the future.
This role will begin with fixing current outbound calling issues and then evolve into ongoing system improvements, scaling, and new automation builds.
