AI Voice Receptionist Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
This project involves building an AI-powered voice receptionist that can seamlessly answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information in clear, natural English. The conversation must feel human, route callers intelligently, and update our calendar the moment an appointment is confirmed.
Core requirements
• Natural-language call handling: recognise intent, ask follow-up questions when needed, and respond conversationally.
• Appointment scheduling: real-time availability checks and two-way sync with a Google or Outlook calendar.
• Information delivery: give callers concise answers to common questions pulled from a knowledge base or FAQ file.
• Phone integration: Using ElevenLabs and n8n
• Simple owner controls: web dashboard or API endpoints to tweak greeting scripts, business hours, and FAQ content without touching code.
Deliverables
1. Conversation and call-flow design document
2. Deployable voice agent (cloud instance or container)
3. Calendar and phone integration fully wired up
4. Testing report covering edge cases and live call demos
5. Handover package with source code, environment files, and step-by-step setup guide
Acceptance criteria: the agent must answer 95 % of test calls on the first ring, schedule or reschedule appointments without human intervention, and correctly respond to at least 20 FAQ prompts.
Timeline and milestone suggestions are welcome; once we agree on them I can provide access to the phone line, calendar, and FAQ content.
