AI Specialist – LLMs, Automations, Custom Agents, and API Integrations

We are a New Zealand-based business advisory firm seeking a highly skilled AI specialist for ongoing contract work. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with large language models (LLMs), automations, custom agent development, and API integrations. You’ll be helping us deliver practical, high-impact solutions across a range of exciting business projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and deploy custom agents using platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
Develop API integrations between LLMs and business tools using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
Integrate tools such as MCP and Eleven Labs with LLMs to enhance workflows and agent functionality
Create intelligent conversational agents for real-world use cases
Optimise prompts and LLM applications for accuracy, tone, and user experience
Work collaboratively to scope and deliver AI-driven business tools
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Strong prompting and development skills for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
Demonstrated experience building AI agents and integrating APIs
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and In-Ad-In
Familiarity with Eleven Labs and other voice or conversational AI tools
Able to work independently, problem-solve, and deliver high-quality outcomes
Up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and best practices
