Eleven Labs Agents Expert Required
I require a freelancer with experience with setting up and managing AI agents with ElevenLabs.
I am setting up a site selling the AI agents along with other services as part of an AI tool suite and we are using ElevenLabs for the agents.
It is very important that the agents work well at our site as that is the service we are offering. Also, very important that we be able to duplicate that setup for our customers.
The Eleven agent setup was done by a developer I am working with who is handling the setup of the whole project. I am not sure they have much experience with setting up the agents. On testing the agents at our site there are some major concerns.
I need an ElevenLabs agent expert with good communication skills who can work quickly to help test the agents, advise on improvements and help with the setup of a clone we can use to setup new clients,
Our site relies on ElevenLabs-powered agents that drive sales and lead generation, yet current tests show slow performance and inconsistent answers. I need someone who already knows the ElevenLabs interface, APIs, voice & text pipelines, and the common optimisation levers that keep agents both fast and accurate.
Here’s what I need you to do:
• Audit the existing agent configuration, run real-world test prompts, and flag anything that hurts speed or answer quality
• Implement or recommend concrete fixes that raise response accuracy—this is the top priority—while also squeezing out any avoidable latency
• Produce a repeatable “clone kit” (clear, step-by-step notes, scripts, or templates) so we can spin up identical agent instances for every new client without guesswork
• Walk my current developer through the key changes so the hand-off is smooth and the knowledge stays in-house
Acceptance criteria
• Agent answers at ≥95 % relevance on a test set we provide
• Average response time under 2 s across 20 consecutive prompts
• Clone kit successfully recreates a working agent on a fresh sub-account in one pass, no manual tweaks required
