OpenAI Agent Builder Automation

I am ready to streamline a few repetitive parts of my small business by building an agent with OpenAI’s Agent Builder. The goal is to have the agent run day-to-day workflows for CRM and scheduling so I no longer have to touch every record by hand.

Here is what I need:
• A working agent inside OpenAI that handles CRM data entry and updates on my behalf.
• The same agent (or a companion flow) that can create, modify, and remind me of appointments and tasks.
• Clear instructions—preferably a short Loom or written walkthrough—showing how you set everything up and how I can tweak prompts, actions, or webhooks later.

Acceptance criteria
• I can type or paste new lead details and watch them appear in the correct fields of my CRM without errors.
• When I add or change a date, the agent automatically creates the matching calendar event or reminder.
• All steps run inside the Agent Builder interface—no outside scripts unless we agree they are required, and if so I still manage everything from one place.
