Position: N8N Automation & AI Solutions Specialist
Pay: $28/hour
Location: Remote
Start Date: Immediate
What You’ll Be Doing
Building AI solutions (AI phone agents, inbound/outbound workflows, etc.) primarily using N8N
Integrating N8N with platforms like VAPI.ai and GoHighLevel (HighLevel)
Creating and managing automations that support client workflows and lead generation
Using tools like Airtable (and similar) to enhance automations and data management
Collaborating with our team to continuously improve systems and client results
Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience with N8N (this is the #1 requirement)
Strong understanding of APIs and integrations
Familiarity with VAPI and GoHighLevel (preferred, but not required)
Experience with Airtable or similar databases is a plus
Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
Detail-oriented and able to build reliable automations that scale
Someone who’s excited about AI and wants to grow with a company that’s leading the charge
Important Notes
This role requires completing a small paid test project to confirm your N8N proficiency
We’re looking to hire immediately
Hours are flexible, but we expect consistent communication and delivery
