ElevenLabs Specialist for AI-Powered Telemarketing System

We are a non-profit organization working in the field of human rights and women’s rights. We are looking for a highly experienced freelancer whose main expertise is ElevenLabs AI agents to help us build and optimize an AI-powered telemarketing and outreach system.

Scope of Work:

We need a specialist who can design and implement an end-to-end system with a strong focus on ElevenLabs:

Building, training, and optimizing AI calling agents using ElevenLabs (PRIMARY TASK)
Designing conversation flows (WordFlow) and handling real call scenarios
Automating workflows for telemarketing and outreach campaigns
Integrating call results and data into Google Sheets automatically
Setting up and managing automation tools such as Zapier and/or n8n
Connecting the entire system to GoHighLevel (GHL CRM)
Structuring and managing contact data, reporting, and pipelines in GHL
Ensuring that call reports are automatically logged under each contact
Supporting appointment booking and follow-up workflows

Technical Requirements (Priority Order):

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ElevenLabs and:

ElevenLabs (AI voice agents, prompt design, conversation control, debugging issues)
Experience solving real problems like latency, incorrect outputs, and data mapping
CRM systems, especially GoHighLevel (GHL)
Automation tools: Zapier and/or n8n
Google Sheets integrations and data mapping
API integrations and workflow automation
Programming knowledge (Full-Stack understanding is a strong plus)
Workflow design and logic building (WordFlow / conversation flow design)

Nice to Have:

Experience with telemarketing systems or outbound call automation
Experience with VoIP integrations
Experience working with non-profits

Project Phases:

Phase 1 (Urgent):

Set up CRM structure (custom fields, contact organization)
Connect phone system and communication tools
Implement call reporting and data logging system

Phase 2:

Build and optimize ElevenLabs AI calling agent
Automate full workflow (calls → results → Google Sheets → CRM)

Important Notes:

ElevenLabs experience is the most important requirement for this role
We are looking for someone who can not only build but also troubleshoot and optimize
Clear communication and structured implementation are required
This is a long-term opportunity if the first phase is successful
