AI Developer for GriefGuideAI Optimization

Job ID: 39647653

Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD

Job Title: AI Agent Optimization & Prototype Developer
Platform: GriefGuideAI (Primary: ElevenLabs)
Website: https://griefguideai.com

We’re building GriefGuideAI — a compassionate grief companion powered by generative AI — to offer comfort and nonjudgmental support to people navigating loss. The project is live inside the ElevenLabs Creator Dashboard, and we’re now hiring for a two-phase contract position.
This is an hourly, remote opportunity for someone who understands emotional AI and has experience building real-world agents inside ElevenLabs.

Phase 1 – ElevenLabs Agent Optimization (Primary Focus)
We’ve already created a grief companion agent using the ElevenLabs Agent Dashboard. Your role in Phase 1 is to:
Fine-tune the agent’s behavior, tone, voice, filters, and system prompts.

Optimize for natural conversation flow, emotional resonance, and therapeutic safety.

Adjust configuration settings to improve realism, empathy, and comfort.

Provide feedback and iterate using test conversations.

Requirements:
Direct experience working inside the ElevenLabs Creator Dashboard.

Ability to show at least one live demo or a recorded video of an agent you’ve built.

Submit a customized application (no generic resumes).

Include your hourly rate.

Phase 2 – Add Persistent Memory + User Login (Prototype)
Once the agent is optimized, we want to extend it outside ElevenLabs by adding:
Persistent memory (e.g. using Mem0 or similar memory frameworks — no need to build from scratch).

A basic login system (starting with 1–10 users) so people can return to ongoing conversations.

A lightweight prototype that can be shared and tested — fast, functional, not full-scale. It's based in Canada so those are the only privacy regulations that matter for now.

This phase focuses on continuity, personalization, and multi-user handling.
Relevant tools may include:
Next.js, Vercel, Firebase, Supabase, Langchain, Mem0, Python, TypeScript, vector stores, session handling, etc.

Bonus Skills (Optional but Valued)
While ElevenLabs is the required platform for Phase 1, it’s a bonus if you also have experience with:
Hume AI (https://platform.hume.ai/) and its EV3 dashboard — we are testing this platform as a possible future option.

Other platforms for conversational agents, AI orchestration, or memory.

Programming languages or environments relevant to scalable LLM deployment.

Safety, bias mitigation, and user protection in emotionally sensitive AI applications.

To Apply, Please Include:
Your hourly rate

A short, customized message explaining your experience and interest

A link to a working agent demo OR a recording of one you’ve built (ElevenLabs preferred)

A clear note on which phase(s) you’re applying for — Phase 1 is required

Any additional platform or coding experience relevant to this project

We will not review generic resumes or copy-paste responses.
This is a meaningful, human-focused project, and we’re looking for someone who truly cares about building empathetic AI.

We look forward to hearing from you and building something important together.
