We are a recruitment and staffing company. We use Zoho CRM, CEIPAL ATS, and Vonage as our core technology stack and are looking for an experienced AI developer or team to build intelligent AI voice agents that automate key business processes across Sales, Recruitment, and Account Management.
Project Overview
The objective is to develop AI-powered voice agents that integrate with our existing systems and automate conversations through phone calls while also supporting communication via WhatsApp, SMS, and email where appropriate.
The solution should leverage modern LLMs, voice AI, and workflow automation to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and provide a better experience for both clients and candidates.
Scope of Work
1. AI Sales Agent (Zoho CRM)
The AI Sales Agent should be capable of:
Calling new leads for initial qualification.
Asking predefined qualification questions naturally.
Capturing responses directly into Zoho CRM.
Scheduling meetings with qualified prospects.
Sending follow-up communications through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Nurturing leads through automated follow-up sequences.
Escalating high-value or interested prospects to a human sales representative.
Logging call summaries, transcripts, and outcomes in Zoho CRM.
2. AI Account Management Agent (Zoho CRM)
The AI Account Management Agent will assist Account Managers by:
Contacting existing clients to gather hiring requirements and updates.
Performing scheduled follow-up calls and reminders.
Conducting client satisfaction surveys.
Providing candidates with recruitment status updates.
Identifying dissatisfied clients based on conversation analysis.
Automatically escalating critical issues to the assigned Account Manager.
Recording all interactions, transcripts, and notes within Zoho CRM.
3. AI Recruitment Agents (CEIPAL ATS)
A. Recruiter Assistant
Search CEIPAL's internal candidate database.
Utilize CEIPAL Copilot (where available) to search external job boards.
Generate Boolean search strings automatically.
Recommend and rank candidates based on job requirements.
Assist recruiters in shortlisting candidates.
B. Candidate Relevancy Agent
Compare candidate resumes against job descriptions.
Score candidates based on skills, experience, certifications, security clearances, and qualifications.
Provide explainable relevance scores.
Recommend the most suitable candidates for each position.
C. AI Voice Screening Agent
The Voice Agent should:
Call shortlisted candidates automatically.
Conduct an initial screening conversation.
Ask predefined and dynamic screening questions.
Verify candidate availability and interest.
Collect Right to Represent (RTR) authorization.
Gather information on rate expectations, work authorization, location, and availability.
Summarize responses.
Update CEIPAL automatically with call outcomes and screening notes.
Escalate qualified candidates to recruiters.
