AI Agents for Workplace Automation -- 2
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I’m ready to introduce AI agents that take over our day-to-day admin across Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Inflow Inventory, and EVA Cloud. The goal is a working automation prototype that my team can test immediately—no theoretical white papers, just a functional setup we can use.
Here’s what I need the agents to handle:
• Email sorting and prioritization in Outlook—flag VIP senders, auto-label common enquiries, and draft suggested responses.
• Scheduling and calendar management—translate confirmed times into Google Calendar events, avoid double-booking, and trigger reminders.
• Inventory tracking and management—pull sales or shipment data into Inflow Inventory and alert us when stock drops below threshold.
• Calls—route or record key details through EVA Cloud so follow-ups and notes appear alongside the relevant customer record.
Scope & expectations (medium complexity):
1. Map the current workflow, then build an AI-driven flow that plugs into each platform’s API or native integration.
2. Deliver a functional prototype with step-by-step documentation so my staff can run a pilot without heavy technical support.
3. Provide basic training materials (video or concise guide) covering how to review, override, or fine-tune the agent decisions.
4. Include a feedback loop—logs or dashboards that show what the agents handled versus tasks escalated to humans.
If you have experience with Outlook add-ins, Google Calendar API, inventory management systems, and voice/call automation, I’d like to see a brief outline of your approach and any similar projects you’ve completed.
