AI Agents for Import-Export
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I run an import-export operation and I want to delegate three high-value workflows to purpose-built AI agents. The first agent will act as our customer-facing liaison—answering shipment queries, drafting quotes, and following up on outstanding payments across email and live chat. The second should vet prospective suppliers by parsing certificates, purchase terms, and past-performance references, then flag anything that looks risky. The third must watch every transaction for compliance issues, interpreting tariff codes, embargo lists, and country-specific documentation so nothing slips through the cracks.
Accuracy comes before everything else, so I’m leaning toward an OpenAI-based stack (GPT-4 / Function Calling / Assistants API), but I’m open to alternative LLMs or vector-search setups if you can show they improve reliability or cut latency.
Success means:
• Each agent answers or routes real-world test cases with >95 % factual correctness.
• Compliance flags match (or beat) the accuracy of our human checker on a 30-record audit set.
• Handover includes cleaned code, prompt templates, and a short Loom walkthrough
