Agentic AI Personal Assistant Build

Project Title: Agentic AI Chief-of-Staff Build using Claude Cowork / Claude Code / OpenClaude (or equivalent)

Budget: Fixed Price — up to $1,000 USD. Do not apply if you cannot deliver within this budget.

What I need:
I'm an M&A operator (CorpDev.ai, El Dorado Capital, active client work + fundraising). I want a senior builder to stand up a personal Agentic AI "Chief-of-Staff" using existing agentic frameworks — NOT a from-scratch platform.

Must have hands-on, production experience with at least ONE of the following (preferably more):
- Claude Cowork
- Claude Code (Anthropic)
- OpenClaude / open-source Claude agent equivalents
- Comparable agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Letta, etc.)

Scope:
- Configure agents to triage 4+ email domains + Google and Outlook Calendars
- Auto-surface deal flow + fundraising signals from inbox
- Draft outreach and follow-ups (M&A sourcing, fundraising, BD)
- Reminders, status tracking, lightweight CRM-style memory
- Extensible setup so I can add new workflows as ventures grow

Deliverables:
- Working agentic setup on Claude Cowork / Claude Code / OpenClaude (or equivalent) connected to my Gmail + Google Calendar
- Configured agent skills/playbooks for sourcing, outreach, follow-up
- Short documentation + Loom walkthrough so I can run + extend it

In your bid, please answer:
1. Which framework will you use (Claude Cowork, Claude Code, OpenClaude, other) and WHY?
2. Link to 1–2 agentic builds you've actually shipped using that framework.
3. Gmail + Google Calendar integration experience (OAuth, multi-domain).
4. Realistic milestone plan + delivery timeline within the $1,000 cap.
5. US Pacific timezone overlap + start date.

Senior individual builders preferred. No agencies pitching $5K+ scopes — those bids will be ignored.
