AI Agent for Construction Estimates

I need a developer to create a cloud-based AI agent capable of automating the creation of construction estimates in Xactimate. The system should process input consisting of both pictures and written descriptions to generate these estimates with high-level accuracy. Additionally, although the agent doesn't need to strictly adhere to specific templates, it must ensure the estimates are accurate and suitable for professional use. Ideal candidates should have experience in AI development, cloud systems, and familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimation tools.
