AI Agent Developer Needed Autonomous Lead & Sales Workflow (Apollo + CRM)

Hi,

I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to help build an AI-driven sales automation system using Apollo or other tools as the lead database combined with AI agents and workflow automation.

Goal: create a system where I give one instruction (e.g., “find 3-star hotels in Germany”) and the AI handles the rest autonomously.

Planned workflow:

Use Apollo as lead database and enrichment source

AI filters companies based on ICP

Identifies decision makers

Creates and updates leads in CRM (Odoo or similar)

Sends personalized outreach automatically

Analyzes replies and manages pipeline stages

Triggers follow-ups and sales actions

Tech stack (open to suggestions):

Apollo (data source)

CRM integration (Odoo preferred)

OpenAI / AI agents / LangChain or similar

Automation tools (Make, n8n, APIs)

What I’m looking for:

Experience with AI agents or automation workflows

Strong API & CRM integration skills

Ability to design system architecture (not only coding)

MVP-focused mindset
