Claude Agent Setup for Real Estate

I am looking for an experienced AI Systems Architect to build out a comprehensive, multi-agent ecosystem within my Claude (Anthropic) account. The goal is to streamline the entire lifecycle of real estate development from land acquisition and financial modeling to investor relations.
The Project Scope:
You will be responsible for configuring Claude Projects, Custom Instructions, and specific "Agents" designed to communicate and share data seamlessly. These agents must handle high-level tasks including:
1. Financial & Analytical: Institutional Pro-Forma Architecture, Capital Stack Structuring, and Risk/Sensitivity modeling.
2. Market Intelligence: Regional Market Analysis and Comparable Community Analytics.
3. Development & Planning: Master Development Strategy, Infrastructure Planning, and Construction Cost Estimation.
4. Creative & Visual: Architectural Concepting, Visualization Prompts, and Presentation flow.
5. Investor Relations: Investment Memorandum (IM) Architecture, Pitch Deck Creation, and Data Room organization.
Key Requirements
Advanced Claude Expertise: Deep understanding of Claude 3.5 Sonnet/Opus, Projects, and "Artifacts."
Inter-Agent Workflow: Ability to set up a system where the output of one agent (e.g., the Market Analyst) serves as the immediate context/input for another (e.g., the Pro-Forma Architect).
Real Estate Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with institutional real estate terminology (IRR, NPV, Waterfall structures, HUD, etc.) is highly preferred.
Documentation: Provide a brief "Operating Manual" on how to trigger and maintain these agents.
Deliverables
1. Fully configured Claude Account with specific "Projects" for each development phase.
2. A library of "System Prompts" for all 15+ specialized roles listed.
3. Integration of knowledge bases (uploading specific templates for IMs, Pro-formas, etc.).
4. A workflow map showing how data flows from the Strategist to the Pitch Deck Creator.
