Study LED lights needed for indoor plants

We're designing an LED light for assisting with growing plants indoors. We are looking for an agronomist who can grow many different plants indoors and experiment with them to come up with the perfect color and lumens for each type of plant and the amount of time each plant needs light through out it's growing process.
